Building on more than twenty years experience in the health and wellness field, Pamarie expanded her knowledge and training through the Master of Arts in Holistic Counseling program from JFK University, and Levels 1 and 2 Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Trauma Training. She has pursued training in Mindfulness, Attachment Theory, Expressive Arts, and the body-mindfulness approach of Somatic Psychotherapy.
Whether you are struggling with self-esteem, identity, or relationship issues, you’ll have a safe, uplifting, and experienced presence to assist you on the road to wholeness and self-actualization. Areas interest and experience.
Understanding that shame often causes or compounds addictions, anxiety, and depression, Pamarie offers positive support and compassionate methods that help you tame inner criticism and move toward healing past hurts to achieve greater self-awareness and growth. She is taking referrals for a 12 session therapy group called Connections, which is based on the curriculum by Brene Brown. It helps you decrease shame and become more resilient. Watch a brief video about shame by Brene Brown and learn about the Connections Program.
Pamarie offers a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to individuals, couples, and families. She can be reached at (831) 515-9950, or PamariePedjoeMFT@gmail.com. Sliding scale fees can be arranged if needed.
